The solution
Planning starts 11 months in advance, immediately after the previous year has wrapped up. Our production manager has developed unique solutions and dedicated teams to target each aspect of the event. The Festival Management System software coordinates all the information from venues, artists and events. Crew chiefs, event managers and over 400 volunteers are recruited and briefed weeks in advance and the whole event is delivered with military precision to the master Event Manual.

Services supplied
C3 provide a full production management service to the event. Sourcing suitable venues and suppliers, liaising with the local authorities, managing sponsor requirements, creating bespoke temporary event spaces, recruiting, training and managing a large team of production assistant and technical crew, noise management, and H&S.
