The solution
Using our set of project management tools developed specifically for large-scale events, we were able to ensure critical information flowed between all parties throughout the process. Our technical teams created and operated the high-value installation designs under a tight management structure. The final experience and choice of entertainment for the audience raised the status of the festival once more.

Services supplied
We provided a full production management service to Lovebox. Four months before the event our dedicated production management started coordinating the requirements into a central management system and creating tenders. Our technical departments created unique sound and lighting designs and worked with the external venue promoters, brand sponsors and Lovebox creative teams to ensure their visions were not only uncompromised, but also achievable given the constraints of time and budget. We arrived on site two weeks before the event and oversaw all structural builds and power distribution, and then worked alongside the artist liaison teams to ensure each performance had exactly what they needed.
