The solution
We developed a light-weight staging design including powerful LED screens and lighting fixtures carefully designed to fit between the existing roof structure. This was installed by our technical team in a few hours, minimising the disturbance to the stall-holders and general public, coordinated by our project manager. The show rehearsals happened off-site and at event the build was managed with military precision.

Services supplied

Our production manager worked with the client to produce all the on-screen content, including bespoke animations and handling critical assets. The show was developed over several months; script writing, cue-sheets, VOG recordings and show-calling rehearsed, timed and revised several times resulting in a short, punchy high-impact event fulfilling the clients brief. All sound, lighting, video and structural components were coordinated into a discrete and high-value design, easily erected and dismantled on the day. The in-house displays and LED walls were used to expand the brand profile across the whole site. Over 4000 guests and general public enjoyed the event, and the ceremony ran on time and was delivered under budget.
