The Challenge/Brief:
The challenge of this brief is to turn a truck yard into a festival space where we can house 3000 people, bands, bars and all the infrastructure necessary for an event of this size. Duties include production management of all events and spaces from toilets, bars, infrastructure, furniture, H+S, stages and all the technical elements of sound and lights.
The Solution/Result:
C3 has delivered successful AGMs in a safe environment keeping all aspects within the budget in spite of the challenge of delivering an event of this size in a remote part of the UK. The event excelled as a one day festival with thorough management from both C3 and the Brewdog team, facilitating communication, the development of their internal ideas and working with key organizers for the event.
