The Challenge/Brief

The ensure there was seamless coordination between all technical elements from the promoter of the Dubai super club over to islands with ease and fluidity. This presented a significant challenge in the preparation of the show as the coordination and scheduling of all equipment coming out of the club, such as sound, lighting and lasers needed to fit within build of the Keinemusik show and clubs own schedule. The islands do not have adequate ports so all equipment had to be brought over in landing crafts and transported via forklift trucks to the party. We also needed to ensure the show and equipment met the criteria of what the artist expected onsite.

The Solution/Result

We used the Dubai super club as central warehouse hub to collate all the equipment to make sure we met the delivery and outcome of the show prior to leaving for island. The island lies approximately 20 minutes away from the club but due to the lack of ports presented continual logistical challenges and so we needed to ensure the pre production inventory lists through to the last cable was ready so that on arrival we could proceed with the show build without any delay.
